Independent Study to successfully complete the course

  • Practice yoga 3x per week
  • Meditate daily 5 - 20 minutes
  • Homework - practice teaching (approx. 1 hour per week) and reading (1-2 hours per week)
    • Independent study and comprehension times vary per person.
